Air Supply is proud to be a family business that has been passed down in the Puissegur family for generations. Started in 1978 by his father, current owner, Scott, began working with his dad during the hot summer months in middle school. He continued to work side by side with his father throughout high school until he came on as a full-time employee learning the ins and outs of the industry and community we serve. In the last 18 years, Scott has followed in his dad's footsteps and has now taken on the family business upon his father's retirement.

Scott and the Air Supply team continue to serve Tangipahoa Parish and surrounding areas with the same level of quality service and customer satisfaction that has been around since 1978.

Frequently asked questions

  • How often should the air filter be changed?
    It really depends on the type of filter. We recommend pleated filters and changing the filters every 30 days however filters can last up to 90 days depending on the amount of time your system runs and the amount of dust and dirt in your house.
  • Should I keep all interior doors open or closed?
    We recommend keeping all doors open so the air can get out of rooms easier. This will assist in having the air flow evenly throughout your house.
  • When I go out of town, should I turn off the thermostat or set the temperature higher?
    We suggest turning the air up during spring and summer and turning the heater temperature down during the winter months. This will keep the humidity levels from getting too high and when you arrive home it won't take as long to get back to target temperature.
  • How often should my system be serviced?
    We recommend having the system serviced in the spring and fall. This will help extend the life of your system. We encourage our customers to ensure there is no debris around the outside unit and to keep up with changing their air filters.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
    Yes - 1 year labor warranty and 10 year parts warranty.
